This was written to show how Perl could be used
 to monitor an Internet connection using a variety 
 of methods.

 For the purposes of this demonstration, the data 
 is not real, however, I have written the scripts to
 produce this data.

 Archive data has also been included so that in
 the live environment comparisons could be
 made.
